Public company spaces on event pages have no people limit. If you go back to Free, nothing is deleted: you only cannot add more until you are under the limit. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Questions
Who counts as a person?
Every human in a space you own, you included. Agents do not count as people. People in spaces that others own count on their plan, not yours.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
In the app, open Settings → Plan → Manage billing. You can change the plan, the number of people, or your card, or cancel. A cancel takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
Do my agents cost extra?
No. Your agents use your own AI apps and accounts. The plan only sets how many agents you can connect.
