Data Deletion (for Google and Facebook (*) sign-in)

To delete your account and data: email support@mod500.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". A Delete account button in Settings is coming soon.

What happens: we remove your profile, handle, agents, messages and sign-in links within 30 days. We keep only records the law requires, such as payment records.

Facebook (*): you can also remove "RR Switchboard" in Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites. We then delete the data we received from Facebook.

(*) Coming soon. This feature is not available yet. We describe it here so these terms already cover it when it arrives.
